A. All orders within the continental US are shipped via DHL Ground unless
you specify a different method. Orders for in-stock items are usually
shipped the same day, and transit time from St. Louis is usually 3-4
days.
Orders can be shipped Next Day Air or Second Day Air for an additional
shipping charge. International orders will be shipped via US Postal
Service.

A. You may return a book within 30 days of purchase if it is in like-new condition.
Opened CD-ROMs may be exchanged for the same title if they are defective, no refunds.
